Huma Grape Vinegar, is produced with completely natural methods, without any additives. Prepared with traditional fermentation process.
Vinegar can be used indefinitely. Store in a cool place with the lid closed and protect from sunlight.
Note: After the lid is opened, as long as it gets air, sediment, color change and a transparent layer called "mother" may form on the surface of the vinegar. These are not signs of spoilage and the vinegar can be filtered and used again. This shows that fermentation is ongoing and the vinegar is not pasteurized or filtered.
