Order Process

For purchases you make through the website you are using, your shipping fee will depend on the policy of the country to be shipped, the weight of the package and the quantity of the product. It varies. You can calculate your shipping amount in the "Payment Information" section in the order steps. You can pay for the orders you will place to your international delivery address on our website www.naturalive.com.tr with your credit card or debit card. If you would like to use the Waster Union payment option in your orders, you can contact our customer services.

Exchange and Return Conditions

You have the right to return your orders placed abroad through the website you are using, but you do not have the right to exchange them.

The return period for orders is 15 days. If the relevant period is exceeded, no refund will be made.

When your order arrives, if there is any dissatisfaction with the product, we kindly ask you to first contact our customer service and report the problem. This notification will help us to prevent the same situation from recurring in your next purchase.

The product to be returned; The packaging must be undamaged, the product must be unused and its resalable feature must not be lost. You must fill out and send the international return form translated in two different languages (Turkish/English) together with all parts of the product subject to return.

For your return shipment; It is mandatory to send it with the cargo company you received it from. You cannot ship with any cargo company of your choice. In order for the returned package to be more understandable during the cargo operation, we recommend that you choose the English Return Form and place it in your pocket so that it does not fall out of the package. The shipping cost of your returned cargo belongs to you (the customer).

NOTE: For international shipments; Expenses for packages returned without being received by the customer belong to the buyer. The costs are deducted from the order total and the remaining amount is refunded.

In order for your product price to be refunded, your return package must have reached our company. Your package will be checked for damage. Once completed, your payment will be excluding shipping costs. will be done.

In such a case, customs officers will contact you and inform you about what you need to do to receive your package.
