Ordering Process
For purchases made through this website, your shipping cost varies depending on the destination country's policy, package weight, and product quantity. You can view your shipping cost during the "Payment Information" step of your order. Deliveries worldwide are made via FedEx within 3 – 10 business days (delivery time may vary depending on the shipping preference).
You can make payments for orders to international delivery addresses on our website, www.naturalive.com.tr, using your credit card or debit card. If you wish to use the Western Union payment option for your orders, please contact our customer service.
Exchange and Return Policy
You have the right to return orders placed on this website for international delivery; however, there is no right of exchange.
The return period for created orders is 15 days. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
When your order arrives, if you are dissatisfied with the product, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service first to report the issue. This notification will help us prevent the same situation from recurring in your future purchases.
The product to be returned must be unused, its packaging must be undamaged, and its resellable condition must be preserved. The product to be returned must be sent with all its components, along with a fully completed international return form translated into two languages (Turkish/English).
For your return shipment; it is mandatory to send it with the shipping company that delivered it to you. You cannot use any shipping company of your own choice. To ensure the returned package is easily identifiable during shipping operations, we recommend using the English Return Form and placing it in your package pouch so that it does not fall off. The return shipping costs are borne by you (the customer).
NOTE: For international shipments, costs for packages returned without being received by the customer are borne by the buyer. These costs will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

In order for your product cost to be refunded, your return package must reach our company. After your package has undergone a damage check, your payment will be refunded, excluding the shipping fee.
Although rare, packages sent internationally may be subject to customs in the destination country. In such a case, customs officers will contact you to inform you about what you need to do to receive your package. Customs fees may vary depending on your order and the country. www.naturalive.com.tr does not accept responsibility if products sent are held at customs; the responsibility lies with the customer in such cases.
