Huma Iron Bisglycinate & Vitamin C is a dietary supplement produced to help meet the body's daily iron needs with iron bisglycinate and vitamin C components.

Bisglycinate is the form of iron best absorbed into the blood. Absorption is enhanced when used with vitamin C.

Huma Iron Bisglycinate & Vitamin C Usage

• Recommended for adults aged 11 and over.
• Adults are advised to take 1 capsule once a day with plenty of water. For better absorption, it is recommended to take it 1 hour before or 1 hour after meals.
