• 1 scoop (20 drops (1 ml)) once a day for children aged 4-10, 1 scoop in the morning and evening for adults aged 11 and over (2 scoops (40 drops) (2 ml) per day) can be consumed with food, whether hungry or full.
• Store in a cool, dry place, closed, away from sunlight.
