Huma Liva D3 Vitamin K2 Usage
- Suitable for adults aged 4 to 10 and over 11.
- For children aged 4 to 10; 1 puff (0.15 ml) per day,
- For adults aged 11 and over, 2 puffs (0.3 ml) are recommended once a day.
